livedesign is for teams who design things and need to make them together. The product shines when several people are on the same design at once, building one set of pages in real time. That said, it works just as well for one person sketching a mark on their own, and the editor always works without signing in.
The teams it serves
A few groups feel right at home:
- Brand and marketing teams drawing marks, wordmarks and lockups on logo pages, then exporting them as PNG, SVG or PDF.
- Product and design teams sketching screens on wireframe pages, each framed by its device, with comments on the details.
- Anyone touching up pictures: retouching, cutting out and colour-correcting photos on photo pages, in layers, then exporting them as PNG, JPEG, WebP or PSD.
- People presenting a design: every page is a slide, presented full screen with the laser and spotlight.
Ways people use it
The same editor covers a wide range of work:
Logos
A square artboard with guides, mirror drawing and a logo kit export.
Wireframes
Screens drawn at their real size, framed by a phone, a tablet, a laptop or a browser.
Photos
Layers, masks, brushes, selections, adjustments and filters, with PSD in and out.
Presenting and exporting
Every page as a slide, or exported as a PDF, PNG or SVG.
Templates
Ready-made logo designs and app, website and dashboard wireframes to start from.
Whether you sign in or not
livedesign is friction-free on purpose. A first-time visitor can build a real design as a guest and only later create an account to sync across devices and join teams. A signed-in user can still hand a share link to a guest who edits without any account at all.
